Zinavraa ships across India. Every order is dispatched from Lucknow — the same city where the garments are made.
Domestic Shipping — India
We ship to most serviceable pincodes within India through our logistics partners. If your pincode is not serviceable at checkout, write to us at support@zinavraa.com before placing your order and we will advise on the best option.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
We offer free cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 2-4 days of order confirmation, subject to logistics partner pickup schedules.
Delivery
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 4–8 business days depending on your location. Remote or difficult-to-service areas may take longer. Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched — please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to reflect on the courier portal.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is complimentary on all prepaid orders within India.
A convenience fee of ₹149 applies on Cash on Delivery orders.
What You Will Receive
After placing your order: an order confirmation by email or message. After dispatch: a dispatch confirmation with tracking details, and a WhatsApp update.
Orders are shipped via logistics partners integrated through Shiprocket.
Accuracy of Delivery Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout. Zinavraa is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect information. Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or repeated failed delivery attempts.
Pre-Order Items
Certain styles may be available on pre-order. Estimated dispatch timelines for pre-order items will be stated on the product page. If your order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, they may be shipped together once all items are ready. Place separate orders if you would like ready-to-ship items delivered sooner.
International Orders
International shipping may be available for select regions. Write to us at support@zinavraa.com before placing an international order. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in your country are to be borne by you. Delivery charges for international orders are additional.
Delays
We aim to dispatch and deliver within the timelines above. Occasional delays may occur due to courier disruptions, weather, public holidays, regional restrictions, or circumstances outside our control. We will keep you informed where possible.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Write to us at support@zinavraa.com to request cancellation.
