Zinavraa™ garments include handcrafted, hand-embroidered, or hand-finished elements. Minor irregularities, thread variations, embroidery unevenness, and subtle colour or texture differences are natural characteristics of handcrafted production and are not defects.

Product colours and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen calibration, fabric dye batches, and handcrafted processes. Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, size charts, and garment specifications carefully before ordering.

4. Pricing, Availability & Order Acceptance

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing, limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at our discretion without prior notice.

Orders may be cancelled in cases including incorrect pricing, inventory errors, suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, misuse of promotional offers, or operational limitations.

Order confirmation communications do not constitute final acceptance of an order.
